The Platform for Social Action of the University of Murcia collaborates with the Cepaim Foundation in the organization of the First International Congress of Performing Arts and Diversity under the theme of 'Identity, body, gender and violence', which will take place in the Párraga Center and in the Sala Caballerizas de Los Molinos del Río next 8, 9 and 10 November.
The inauguration of the congress will take place this Thursday, November 8, at the Centro Párraga, Espacio 0 (Artillery Barracks, pavilion 5), at 9:30 am.
The act will have the presence, among others, of Juan Antonio Segura, state director of Fundación Cepaim;
Francisco Javier Martínez, Vice Chancellor of Quality, Culture and Communication of the UMU;
Bárbara Butragueño, Deputy Director General for Equality of Treatment and Non-Discrimination of the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Equality;
and Marta López-Briones, general director of the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Region of Murcia.
