The University of Murcia hosts this Thursday, November 8, the closing of the congress `ICT Law -SICARM 2018', which in this edition is entitled` The legal challenges of blockchain in the Public Administration'.
The event will take place in the law room of the Faculty of Law (Campus de la Merced), at 1:30 p.m.
The closing ceremony will be attended by José Luján Alcaraz, rector of the UMU;
María del Carmen Pastor, director of BAES Blockchain LAB;
and Julián Valero Torrijos, academic coordinator of the congress and Researcher in charge of the Innovation, Law and Technology Group (iDerTec).
This edition of the congress has been dedicated in a monographic way to analyze and debate the main problems and difficulties posed by the projection of blockchain in the public sector, trying to offer adequate answers to the questions posed by its effective application in practice.
