The University of Murcia hosts this Wednesday, November 7, the inauguration of the congress `ICT Law -SICARM 2018', which in this edition is entitled` The legal challenges of blockchain in the Public Administration'.
The event will take place in the law room of the Faculty of Law (Campus de la Merced), at 9:30 am.
The inauguration will be attended by Pedro Miguel Ruiz Martínez, delegate of the rector for the Digital University;
Juan José Almela Martínez, general director of Information Technology, Heritage and Telecommunications of the CARM;
David Lorenzo Morillas Fernández, dean of the Faculty of Law of the UMU;
and Manuel Fernández Salmerón, coordinator of the organizing committee of iDerTec (Research, Innovation, Law and Technology Group).
This edition of the congress will focus exclusively on analyzing and debating the main problems and difficulties posed by the projection of blockchain in the public sector, trying to offer adequate answers to the questions posed by its effective application in practice.
