The University of Murcia inaugurates on Wednesday, November 7, the exhibition `Contrastes' in the hall of the Convalecencia building, at 8:00 p.m.
The exhibition gathers a sample of photographic works made during the second edition of the Creative Photography Workshop organized by the Culture Service of the UMU.
This collective exhibition offers a variety of looks that are characterized by the personal style of each of its authors and an intentionality in the use of photographic resources as a creative vehicle of expressivity and evocation, both formally and conceptually.
The workshop was conceived as a practical and playful experience of creativity and photographic action, where the participants exercised the tools and photographic resources both formal and aesthetic and, above all, worked to achieve images that, beyond technical correction, were capable of express for themselves
The curator of the exhibition, Juan Carlos Martínez Rodríguez, is a professor of Audiovisual Communication at the UMU and combines his teaching work with professional film and photography projects.
The works can be visited until November 29 in the convalescent entrance hall, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
