They come from the USA, Vietnam, Italy, France, Germany, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Canada or Latin American countries, among others.
For a year they will coexist in the Region of Murcia, since they will be trained in postgraduate courses related to tourism taught by the Catholic University of Murcia entirely in English: the Master in Hospitality Management (3rd edition) and the Master in Innovation and Tourism Marketing ( 6th edition), giving the Campus a marked multicultural character.
Both postgraduate programs stand out for the high rate of job placement of their students, who carry out training practices for four months in the best hotel chains, which allows them to start and direct their professional career.
During the day today all of them have known the University, both its facilities and the services it offers.
Kristian Kamplade, director of promotion of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, participated in the reception ceremony.
"It is always a good opportunity to talk with students who come to our region and who will have the opportunity to know this land and become ambassadors of the Region of Murcia," he said.
On the other hand, Ginesa Martínez del Vas, vice-dean of the Degree in Tourism, has highlighted that these two postgraduate programs position the tourism studios of the UCAM at an international level, "placing them in an outstanding manner, as their several editions already show, and attracting International students who choose the UCAM to complete their training with a postgraduate degree of the highest quality ".
