The City Council will reconvene the test to obtain the municipal driver permit, necessary and mandatory to carry out the public taxi service.
The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days from the day after the publication of the call on the City Council website and must be submitted to the General Register of the City of Murcia.
The test will be carried out within two months of the end of the period of admission of instances and will be announced on the website.
Persons of legal age, with Spanish nationality or from a member state of the European Union, who have a driving license B with a seniority of at least one year may participate.
The test will consist of a 40 minute long test, consisting of 20 questions, with three options to be noted, being only one valid, being necessary to pass the test a minimum of 12 correct answers.
The knowledge on which the exam will be divided into four sections:
- Knowledge of the regional law and the regulatory ordinance of the taxi service in the municipality of Murcia.
- Knowledge of the street of the municipal area, which includes both the urban area and the districts, as well as routes and routes of circulation.
- Places of interest, administrative, services, tourism and leisure.
- Attention to passengers.
The court will be constituted by a representative of the Local Police and two of the Traffic and Transport Service.
Taxi Table
The call for these tests was an agreement adopted in the Sectorial Table of the Taxi, which determined its realization as long as there is a minimum number of applications to be submitted to them.
The regulatory ordinance of the taxi service establishes as a condition and requirement for the obtaining of the municipal driver's license as holder or employee, the passing of the proofs that accredit having the basic knowledge to be able to carry out this service.
