The University of Murcia opens next Monday, October 22, the II Interdisciplinary Congress of Young Researchers, which will take place in the classroom of the Faculty of Education, at 10 am.
The event will be attended by Francisco Esquembre, Vice Chancellor of Research and Transfer;
María Cristina Sánchez, vice chancellor of Students;
Antonio José de Pro Bueno, dean of the Faculty of Education;
and Gabriel Lozano Reina, president of the organizing committee of the congress and secretary of the Association of Young Researchers of the UMU (AJIUM).
The congress, which will be held on October 22 and 23 at the Faculty of Education, is open to all thematic areas, with the fundamental objective of extolling the value of interdisciplinarity as an indispensable element for the advancement of science, as well as offering information, tools and channels of association to young people who show interest in the world of research.
Within the programming, on Tuesday October 23 at 12 o'clock, there is a round table on the Statute for Researching Personnel in Training (EPIF) in which will participate, among others, José Luján, rector of the UMU;
Diego Conesa, Delegate of the Government in the Region of Murcia;
and Juan Monzó, General Director of Universities and Research.
