The Plaza de las Pérgolas has been the place where the Catholic University of Murcia has organized the 2018 University Welcome in an act that has brought together hundreds of students of different nationalities and degrees from the UCAM on the first of the two days of the Welcome.
Throughout the morning, students and teachers have been able to participate in the various activities that the University has prepared, in addition to knowing the services it offers through the stands located in the Plaza de las Pérgolas.
During today, the Olympic badminton athlete Pablo Abián has made an exhibition in which the students have been able to play against him.
In addition, the Dance Company of the UCAM, through the Degree in Dance, has made an exhibition of a classic dance piece.
This first day of the 2018 University Welcome was also attended by a space dedicated to e-Sports, where Falco, an ADE student awarded by the University and winner of the European Master, of the LVP Superliga Orange in League of Legends and MVP of this last championship, has played with students.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, the second day of the University Welcome, the I University Popular Mile University Welcome will be celebrated, in which the students and the personnel of the University will be able to participate.
The players of the templates UCAM Murcia CF and UCAM Murcia CB will be in the Plaza de las Pergolas presenting the team bus.
In addition, the University has organized a UCAMPaella for more than 1500 people.
