Carmesí, Carmen la Canija and Laura Uve will compete on Thursday at the Teatro Circo at 8:00 p.m., the first prize of this discipline, in which this year a total of 68 artists participated, of which 12 made it to the semifinal .
The three singer-songwriters who have made it to the final will share the stage with Marwan.
The prizes are 1,500 euros for the winner, 800 euros for the second place and 500 euros for the third place.
In addition, the use of rehearsal venues will be facilitated to the selected groups, a CD will be edited that will compile the themes of the awarded groups and, in addition, they will have the opportunity to perform in the festivals or events that take place in the municipality of Murcia, as Lemon Pop, Big-up, Repanocha, #Murciasemueve or Christmas Rock.
The participation of the groups in the main festivals or events will also be promoted, both at the regional, national and international levels.
Crimson
During his training as a classical guitarist, he began solo and built a trio of versions.
Then he formed a solo duo through acoustic versions until 2016.
He has had the opportunity to perform in various events such as celebrations, private parties and a wide variety of venues.
She is currently developing her facet as singer-songwriter and lead vocalist in a tribute to the renowned Mecano group.
Carmen La Canija
At the age of 24, he began his artistic career making choirs and collaborations with the Murcian singer-songwriter Cere Vera (winner of an edition of CreaJoven).
Later he began to write his own songs and introduce them in the repertoire of his artistic partner and a few years later he recorded a demo to start the journey alone.
He moved to Canada and has now returned to Murcia to continue his career as a singer-songwriter.
Laura uve
After being part of the modern section of the University Choir of Murcia, Jorge Andreu and Laura Uve join to form a duet.
Jorge Andreu has been guitarist of Yarea Guillén in a contest of young talents, and Laura Uve singer and composer, also has a YouTube channel.
Now they embark together on this new project.
For this discipline, the jury will be formed by the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, accompanied by Joaquín Guillén, Marla Sánchez, Jass, Xuso Jones and Juan Albaladejo, as secretary.
