The ruling was announced yesterday, at the opening of the exhibition with the selected works, which can be visited at the LAB until October 26.
The winning works will be published in a catalog, while the winners will be able to make an individual exhibition in Pavilion 2 of the Artillery Barracks.
Jorge Serrano Pérez, with 'Parallel Dimension', and Joaquín Martínez, with his work 'Incorpóreo', have been winners of the Contest Creamurcia in the categories of visual arts and photography, respectively, where in this edition 176 works have been presented.
Last night the jury's decision was announced, coinciding with the inauguration in the Young Art Laboratory (LAB) of the exhibition of the selected works, whose act was chaired by the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez.
The sample can be visited until October 26, from 17 to 21 hours.
In photography, the accésit for 'The Last', by Marta Pina, 'Mirage 1, 2 and 3', by Raquel Agea, and 'Dueñas del día', by José Luis Rubio.
The first prize is worth 1,000 euros, while each of the runners-up will receive 350 euros.
For its part, in the category of visual arts, the jury distinguished with second prize the works of the collective 'La Grillera', with 'El punto cero (Toys 3rd part)', and Rocío Caballero, with 'Interlude II'.
In this case, the first prize has an amount of 1,500 euros and the second prize 500 euros each.
In both categories, award-winning works will be published in a catalog and those with the first prize will be able to make an individual exhibition in Pavilion 2 of the Artillery Barracks.
The jury in both modalities was chaired by Councilwoman Rebeca Pérez, with technicians Juan López Santacruz, María José Mira Navarro, Mónica Lozano and Frederic Volkringer, acting as secretary Juan Albaladejo.
