There are 4 clubs that have not submitted essential documentation, among them, their non-record in the database of the criminal registry of sexual offenders or the qualification of their monitors, and have 10 days to deliver the supporting documents.
The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, has demanded the PSOE 'responsibility, rigor and leave the demagoguery in the office before pouring lies on the management of base sports.
The Council has 102 agreements with sports organizations and maintains 171 schools that bring together 9,844 students.
In addition, there are 738 teams 60 football clubs with 400 teams- with more than 22,000 members who have subsidized 100% of the use of the football fields because 'although Juan Vicente Larrosa did not know about it, the base sport is totally rewarded and the boys and girls access the facilities for free '.
Of these, there are four clubs that have broken the rules and have not submitted the legally required documentation.
'They are fundamental justifications, as it is the proof of the payment of the social security of monitors, their qualifications, their non-constancy in the database of the central criminal registry of sex offenders, civil responsibility insurance of the activity, insurance coverage of accidents and public prices charged to children.
'Important aspects to be able to develop an activity with municipal coverage and of which the Government Team is not willing to do without,' warns Coello.
These clubs have been given a period of ten days for allegations in accordance with the Law of Administrative Procedure, before proceeding to the termination of the agreement.
This Department 'has not prevented the continuity of the agreements, which to date continue to develop, but requires compliance with the legal conditions to ensure the provision of the service with full guarantees for children, to which we have an obligation to protect' .
Independently of this, these 4 entities have reserves of schedules for the development of their sports activity with their federated teams at no cost.
The agreements are with the CD la Alberca, CD Escuela de fútbol de Corvera, CD el Palmeral and CD Rincón de Seca.
The PSOE, always on the wrong side
Coello censures that "despite these evidences, Larrosa makes clear his deep ignorance of the sport and the City Council always putting on the wrong side."
The popular mayor criticizes that 'have no shame to stop playing with the sport of training and the work of so many people involved in it'.
"It is easy to talk about issues that are not known when there is no modesty that prevents showing no knowledge," adds Coello, for whom this is the reason why 'the socialist councilor has been lurching for more than three years in everything related with sport'.
