The Center-East District Board will move its headquarters to a place in the supply plaza of Saavedra Fajardo owned by the City Council, leaving its current location in a rental low in Santa Eulalia.
With this objective, the Government Board has authorized the contracting of the refurbishment works to give an administrative use to two municipal premises of this building: one for the municipal council and another for dependencies of the Department of Social Rights and Development Cooperation .
The budget for the contract execution of the project amounts to 77,286 euros, with an estimated term of works of 3 months.
The Heritage Service has processed the restoration work of a painting by the Murcian artist Párraga on the facade of these premises.
The mural that is currently protected, pending the execution of the works that are now contracted.
In addition, they have been found in the decorative ceramics of the same artist, collecting their treatment in the project.
