The spokesman of Citizens Mario Gomez will urge the local government in the plenary session of Thursday morning to urgently initiate the procedures for the drafting of the projects related to the creation of a bus station underground parking of the Carmen station, thus giving fulfillment to the objectives of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of the municipality of Murcia.

According to Gómez, large projects require proper planning and proper execution, and therefore the need to draft these projects as soon as possible.

"From Cs we understand that the Intermodal Station of El Carmen is an associated and fundamental work for the new railway station of Carmen and for the reordering of road traffic and the new Sustainable Mobility Plan of the municipality, necessary to take into account in the Special Plan PC-MC10 ".

Thus, the orange training spokesman stressed that "both the bus station and the underground parking promised are essential to decongest the neighborhood and centralize public transport in an intermodal station."

"What you can not do is leave in the air such an essential project for Murcia as is the Carmen intermodal station," said Gomez, who recalled that it was last May 29 when the press announced that the Ministry of Development I was going to entrust Murcia City Council with drafting projects for the future bus station and underground parking "that tomorrow we will demand from the local government in the Plenary."
