The Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, attended this morning the presentation of the 6th Social Circus Festival 'Carpa de Acogida' and the 9th Festival of Performing Arts for Children of Pupaclown to be held between the months of September and December in its Scenic Center.
In total more than 70 activities will be offered with circus, clown, theater, puppets, magic, music, dance and workshops to enjoy the autumn-winter as a family.
Pacheco thanked Pupaclown for his work to elaborate this program made with such care that it enhances the cultural offer of our city destined for families, in addition, its scenic center is adapted to people that suffer some disability, so it is a pride to have a space like this that is designed for all children. "
The 6th Social Circus Festival 'Host Tent' aims to bring the magic of the circus to groups in which they want to know firsthand circus art in particular and creativity in general.
Starting next Monday, September 24 and until October 5, the Host Circus Workshop will take place, thanks to which the participants will learn techniques from professionals of the circus arts, promoting their self-esteem, ability to work and learning. to value the importance of teamwork.
The participants will offer a sample of everything learned in the 3rd Circus Show Acrobatic Dreams, on October 6th.
On Sunday, October 7 a circus workshop will be held as a family and from October 8 to 10 a clown workshop will be held.
The program will be completed with the performance 'Circo mediterráneo' by the Rola Bola Company (on September 29) and Emportats, by the Company La Trócola Circ (on Sunday, September 30).
On the other hand, the 9th Festival of Performing Arts for Children will re-program activities so that the whole family can enjoy various disciplines within the field of performing arts.
The Company of the Pupaclown Scenic Center and its applauded folk tales will be present throughout the program, being its most popular show 'The 3 Little Pigs' in charge of opening the curtain, on October 20.
In addition, the company will offer 'Once Upon a Time ... Romeo and Juliet'.

They can also be purchased at the theater box office from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and one hour before the start of each show.
