The Peña La Zaranda de San Antón celebrates its XXVI Folklore Festival with different activities that will take place from Monday 24 until Saturday 29 September.
Thus the neighborhood will host a meeting of gangs, a gastronomy workshop, a conference on popular dances and talks panochistas, popular children's games, an exhibition of old photographs of the neighborhood of San Antón ...
In addition, we must highlight the celebration of the Canarian Night organized by the Canary House in Murcia at the headquarters of the peña, and whose participation is due to the twinning established with the peña huertana since May 30.
The Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, highlighted "the involvement of the peña in the maintenance and dissemination of traditions and culture Murcia" while "has encouraged all Murcia to participate in the various organized activities that are open to all citizens ".
