The Department of Infrastructure, Works and Services directed by Rebeca Pérez, collaborates with the Cattell Psychologists Foundation in the V Edition of the annual program of Soycomotu workshops
of Inclusive Training, Creativity and Mental Health.
The workshops, which will begin on October 22, have different themes: literature, dance, radio, theater, music, history, drawing, chess, cooking and photography, among others.
These workshops are free, you just have to make an enrollment of 10 euros, the sessions have a duration of two hours and are held once a week throughout the year, in public spaces.
This type of workshops is aimed at anyone who is interested and who is over 12 years old.
Fundación Cattell Psicólogos is also working in coordination with management teams of schools and the Murcia health service, which have been informed of the results on quality, effectiveness and participation of this program in previous editions.

The objectives are to improve self-esteem, reduce social stigma and self-stigma and help strengthen and regain control of their lives to people with mental health problems.
The second phase of the program has already begun, consisting of the reception and reception of the participants.
