This afternoon, at 7:30 pm, Halley will perform in concert and from 20:30 hours will start the fashion shows of Cabotine, Ana Gabarrón, Pedro Lobo and Javier Mármol
A total of 27 Murcian firms participate in the 'Made in Murcia' day, which takes place in the Plaza del Romea, an event in which young designers and emerging artists take their talent to the streets, within the events of the Fair of Murcia 2018.
The Mayor, José Ballesta, the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez and the Councilor for Pedanies, Participation and Decentralization, Marco Antonio, visited this morning the market in the vicinity of the Romea Theater, which will be open 12: 00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 24:00.
In addition, as a novelty this year a set of interviews has been installed so that all participants can talk about their designs, experiences, vision and professional opportunities.
The September Fair is a unique moment to bring design and fashion to one of the most emblematic places in the city, such as the Romea Theater.
The soundtrack to the event has been made by DJ Javi Montreal and Mrs. Tarde DJs.
At 7:30 p.m., Halley will perform at the Teatro del Teatro Romea.
The Romea Theater dresses in fashion
From 20:30 hours, the Plaza del Romea will become a spectacular fashion catwalk.
It will open the Cabotine fashion shows, one of the most recognized firms both nationally and internationally, with its bridal fashion collection.
The collection that is going to be exhibited is inspired by the west coast of the Pacific.
The creations are of romantic inspiration and adventurous with folk essence.
The silk tulle becomes the main protagonist.
Gema Nicolás, creative director, has also reflected in her designs the golden age of Hollywood.
The designers Ana Gabarrón and Pedro Lobo, winners of the last edition of the contest CreaMurcia in the fashion discipline, also present their collections.
Ana Gabarrón, creator of Funny Swing, focuses on the purity tones and dynamic prints capable of imagining that everything is possible, mixing the plastic arts and fashion and Pedro Lobo, from Murcia who presented his first collection in 2007 at Mustang Fashion Week, will show "History No. 4", his latest work.
Javier Mármol will be in charge of closing the event, a young Murcian who has presented his designs at numerous events in Murcia, as well as at the Fashion Week in Seville.
His work has also been published in several prestigious journals.
