The Councilor for Trade and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrín, visited this morning the Veronicas food market where the II Days of Typical Huertana Cooking have been held.
Thanks to this activity, the customers of the square have been able to taste different typical tapas prepared by the gastronomy committee of the Federation of Peñas Huertanas.
On this occasion it has been tasted zarangollo, gypsy pot and paparajotes.
This initiative highlights the rich and varied gastronomy of Murcia, as well as the excellent products and raw materials of La Huerta, which serve as inspiration for a wide variety of vegetable dishes.
Tomorrow Friday, this activity will be repeated in the same place after 12 o'clock.
