The Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, directed by Rebeca Perez, has scheduled a plan for cleaning and collection of waste for the next days of Feria de Murcia in which 225 people work on average every day in the city and on the premises festeros
To the 189 people who work daily in the area of ​​the urban area, there are 37 that will serve specifically during these days.
Among the special services that will be launched are the daily manual sweeping of the premises in which events are held, the mechanical sweep with sweepers, mechanical scrubbing and mechanical washing with buckets and hidrolimpieza corners, before, during and after the acts.
In addition, from the experience of previous years, where more than 100,000 kilograms of waste are collected in the venues where parties are held, 260 garbage containers and 107 units of portable public toilets have been installed.
In the Gardens of the Malecón garden, which will be in operation from September 30 to 10, there will be a daily maintenance cleaning in addition to the intensive cleaning for the opening of August 30.
The number of containers placed in each Garden has been increased to 3 and another 27 distributed by the different establishments, such as 20 in the wine area.
In addition, 8 additional containers and bins of 120 liters have been installed that will be collected daily, as well as 8 portable toilets.
