The Councilor for Trade and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrín, has signed the permits authorizing 53 street vendors during the Pilgrimage of Fuensanta.
A total of 74 applications were received, of which 9 were excluded because they did not provide all the requested documentation.
The rest have been left on the waiting list and will be studied in the coming days so that, if they meet all the requirements, they are also included until reaching a maximum of 65 positions.
Those interested have been called on September 6 and 7 for the awarding of specific positions, applying a scale established in the rules of the call.
In addition to small-volume craft products, only the sale of soft drinks and bottled water, sweets, snacks and packaged treats, slushies, packaged horchatas and ice creams, bread and sweet pastries (without creams or creams) prepared by licensed workmen, sandwiches will be allowed. cold food products already prepared, grilled meat products, fried doughs and pizzas, hot dogs and chips.
All this must have its sanitary registration in order to guarantee hygienic-sanitary conditions of the products.
