The Councilor for Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development, José Guillén, visited this morning the hamlet of Baños y Mendigo with the pedáneo mayor Juan Miguel Vera to analyze the state of the green areas.
"From the Murcia City Council, we are committed to the creation and conservation of green areas throughout the municipality.It is essential that our neighbors can enjoy outdoor spaces, leisure and rest areas, equipped with shadows and in perfect conditions. they often become meeting and meeting points between neighbors, "said José Guillén.
The actions that are going to carry out are remodeling the garden of the parish improving the vegetation of the parterres, the perimetral zone and the furniture of the same one.
The Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services directed by Rebeca Pérez will also make improvements in terms of lighting the garden.
It is going to clean the trees that are already installed in the garden and offers a large area of ​​shade and set up the stage of work located in the main garden of the hamlet so that neighbors can enjoy it in their September parties.
At the roundabout at the entrance to the village the vegetation and the irrigation network will be improved.
In addition, in other areas of the parish the alignments will be corrected and some privets will be substituted.
