The University of Murcia will include the subject of Family Medicine in the Medicine curriculum (20/08/2018)

The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia is working on the renewal of the curriculum of the degree in Medicine and one of the main novelties will be the introduction of a specific subject dedicated to Family and Community Medicine.

The development of this subject is one of the commitments of the newly elected dean of the center, Carmen Robles, and her decanal team.

The procedure for updating the degree syllabus will begin throughout the next academic year with the intention that the process and its implementation will be completed as soon as possible.

Strengthening the training of future primary care physicians is the objective of this subject.
