The Building Annex to the City Council will host next September 13 the official presentation of the latest work of the Murcian writer Paco Rabadán Aroca, entitled 'The hero who died twice'.
This was announced by the Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, after meeting this morning with the novelist, who has attended accompanied by David Ruiz Palazón, responsible for Green Pen, editor of the book.
The work, sixth of Murcia writer, reserves a special role to the city of Murcia, whose story is relevant data, in addition to touring its streets as the scene of the plot.
The novel has as its background an extraordinary operation of espionage that decisively influenced the future of World War II.
A story based on real events that will definitely change the course of the race, tilting the balance of the allied side at the cost of an original deception.
The central character is Niccolo Danese, an Italian seducer of forty-five years, formed as a secret agent in Spain, who passes himself off as a member of the bourgeoisie, residing in a luxurious hotel in the capital.
Coming from a wealthy family in Italy governed by the tyranny of Benito Mussolini, he accepts to be recruited for the love towards a woman from whom they quickly depart.
In order to meet her again, she will risk her life as many times as fate establishes.
