Topiaria in the accesses to the city to receive visitors to the Murcia Fair (15/08/2018)

The Department of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development works in the conditioning and aesthetic improvement of the avenue Ciudad de Almería and Primero de Mayo.

Thus, it is working intensively to improve the entrance through Avenida Ciudad de Almería with pruning topiaria, giving shape to the existing olive trees, the appropriate lawn mowing and the planting of numerous seasonal flowers.

On Primero de Mayo Avenue, which was renovated a few months ago, more than 3,000 seasonal flowers of different colors are being planted, cutting the hedges that are currently there, reviewing the irrigation system and pruning the palm trees.

"With these works is looking for the improvement of the image of Murcia in the face of the September Fair thus showing a colorful aspect in its green areas", explained Guillén.
