The councilor for Urbanism, Environment, Water and Vegetable Garden, Antonio Navarro, explained, in relation to the pipelines of the Pitarque irrigation channel, the Calixtos armory, that part of the infringement has been lifted and the corresponding technical report is being prepared.
Navarro reiterates that "immediately, as long as there is knowledge of any alleged infringement or there is a complaint, the inspection has been presented and the corresponding technical report that leads to the initiation of the file is being prepared".
Therefore, when the report is completed, the procedure will continue.
"It is worth remembering Now Murcia - continues the Popular councilman - that in a State of Law it is necessary to respect the procedures and only condemn after its instruction and resolution, never before".
Regarding the concern for the funds used (from irrigators and community members ...), Navarro expressed his surprise that they have addressed Ahora Murcia and not the institutions, which are the ones that inspect, process and order the procedures.
