The City of Murcia has made several improvements in the hamlet of Bacons Bridge in the phase of agitation of the ADN Conecta project that has developed in two neighborhoods of this district.
This action has been carried out by the Department of Modernization and Urban Quality, in collaboration with the Department of Citizen Participation.
"What we are looking for is very simple: to continue improving the green areas of crowded spaces and where an important part of the lives of their neighbors is developed, in this case in Tocinos Bridge, especially after the good results that have been obtained in the others places where we have acted ", explains the mayor of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development, José Guillén.
Marco Antonio Fernandez has informed of this process and has declared that "we continue with the improvement and reform of different spaces and green areas of Murcia and its districts.
After carrying out the project ADN Conecta en los Garres, it is the turn of the Tocinos Bridge ".
Among the different works that are being developed, the action in the Los Remedios area and the Arocas neighborhood has been strengthened.
All the green areas have been mowed, the trimming of slabs of different locations like the streets Tomás and Valiente and Sierra Espuña.
Likewise, work is also being done on the height pruning and cleaning of palm trees in the Carrazo Farmacéutico Park.
Along with the gardening works, we have acted in the filling of holes under banks with shelter in the neighborhood of the Remedies, the review of graffiti and the painting of banks in these neighborhoods of Bacons Bridge.
