The International University of the Sea offers this summer the fourth edition of the course 'Techniques of relaxation and meditation: self-management of stress', which will take place from July 20 to 22 at the Puerto Juan Montiel de Águilas hotel.
It is known that stress triggers physical problems of various kinds, from the nervous type to behavior and even diseases.
Therefore, the main purpose of this course is to help students reduce the state of continuous tension that leads to stress, lack of attention and balance.
During the days of training, teachers will teach various techniques to reduce mental hyperactivity, as well as strategies to cope with and restore, from calm, physical, emotional and mental balance.
