'The disagreements between private companies, among them or with some former employees, is a question that must be resolved between them, and the City Council is oblivious to it', explained the Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Urban Mobility, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, to the demonstrations expressed by Cambiemos about Tribugest and Unipost.
He also recalled that the Commission for Surveillance of the Contract studied a few months ago the specifications of the service provided by Tribugest and agreed to initiate a sanctioning proceeding against the company for having committed a breach by subcontracting a service with Unipost in an incorrect manner.
This file is being substantiated at this time.
On the other hand, the City Council does have evidence of the existence of some judgments issued by the courts of the social in relation to the workers of Unipost, a company subcontracted by Tribugest to make the notifications.
Both judgments indicate, on the one hand, that the dismissal of an employee was appropriate and, on the other, that there was no illegal transfer of workers.
Likewise, there is a criminal conviction for some workers who were convicted for altering the notifications that they were entrusted to deliver.
