The University of Murcia will count from the middle of this month of July with an innovative system of electronic registry, call GIESER, that will allow to present documents directed to any other public organism of Spain.
The application allows the digitalization of the documentation presented by the citizen in the offices and allows the exchange of records in electronic format with other organizations connected to the platform.
The Governing Council of the teaching institution has approved at its meeting this Friday the implementation of this new system.
Another issue dealt with in the governing body has been the modification in the list of jobs of the Administration and Services Personnel (PAS).
These are homologations of jobs and the creation of the scientific and technical research area.
The norm that will regulate the selective processes contemplated in the Extraordinary Plan of Stabilization and Consolidation of Temporary Employment of the PAS has also been approved, which affects almost 200 jobs that have been covered by interns for more than three years and that will be consolidated through competition public.
On the other hand, and also in relation to the PAS, a new procedure has been given the green light in the so-called 'professional career', which will allow improving their economic remunerations, within a period of five years.
Another of the important matters approved has been the signing of an agreement with the City of Murcia for the enhancement and realization of research at the archaeological site of San Esteban.
A new manual of the Internal Quality Assurance System has been presented, which will make it easier for the different faculties to manage their quality systems.
Finally, the report on Annual Accounts of the University of Murcia for the year 2017 has been given the green light, as well as the annual accounts of Ticarum and the Veterinary Clinic Foundation.
