- "This is a question of transparency and good governance that would provide information of interest to the public, and explains that the municipal training has registered this proposal for the plenary session tomorrow"
- The motion contemplates that the agendas of the plenary committees be published, with the documentation included, and the corresponding minutes
NOW MURCIA asks that the City Council begin publishing on its website the orders of the day of the plenary committees and the minutes corresponding to them.
The councilor Angeles Micol points out that this is a question of transparency and good governance that would provide information of interest to the public, and explains that the municipal training has registered this proposal for the plenary session tomorrow.
Micol says that this practice is carried out in other Spanish consistories, such as Madrid, and indicates that in the case of Murcia, on the other hand, the website of the City Council has completely empty the section 'Commissions', only with the phrase' a Fill'.
"We demand that the agendas of the day be published with the matters to be dealt with in each committee of the Consistory, including the corresponding documentation," he explains, "as well as the minutes in the format of the daily session, and it would be convenient if there was a section for each session. commission".
The Councilor of Now Murcia highlights that "the Ordinance of Transparency, Access to Information, Data Reuse and Good Government of the City of Murcia stipulates in Article 3 on the general principles that 'the City will publish on its own initiative that information that enhances the transparency, allows the control of its action and favors the exercise of the political rights of the people, as well as the one that can be of greater utility for the society and for the economy ".
The motion of Ahora Murcia contemplates that the publication of the calls be made when they are made, prior to the realization of the sessions.
