The International University of the Sea (Unimar) offers in July the course 'Ill-treatment and other violence: a reality that is hidden in the case of people with disabilities', aimed at people with functional diversity and their families as well as to managers and professionals from third sector entities.
The main objective of this activity is to give visibility to the different forms of mistreatment that people with disabilities are subject to in order to promote the generation of support networks among the agents involved, as well as to make known the mechanisms of complaint that exist to combat this violation of rights.
The course will take place between July 6 and 8 at the Puerto Juan Montiel de Águilas hotel.
The registration period is still open and all the information and the program can be found in this link.
The University of Murcia organizes more than 50 of the courses that this year includes the Universidad Internacional del Mar, spread over 16 venues.
