The City of Murcia, together with the company Actúa SL, presents the new means used, which include a fleet of vehicles, electric, hybrid and gas, the exclusive use of products with a green label and the reduction of 80% of the residues of plastic.

The cleaning service of facilities and real estate serves 352 stores, which add up to an area of ​​216,000 m2.

Rebeca Pérez, que dirige la Concejalía de Infraestructuras, Obras y Servicios Públicos, acompañada por los responsables de Actúa SL, empresa adjudicataria del contrato, José Antonio Pérez y Daniel Jiménez, ha presentado la nueva flota de vehículos y los medios materiales con los que se da servicio a 352 locales -88 en la ciudad y 264 en pedanías- que suman más de 216.000 m ² de superficie, en cuya tarea trabaja un equipo de 219 personas.

La frecuencia se adapta a las características y uso de los distintos locales, así como a las particularidades del servicio público que prestan, oscilando entre 2 o 7 días a la semana, en este caso, para los locales en servicio de 365 días, y de 3 días para los edificios de uso administrativo la frecuencia es de 3 días a la semana, aunque las zonas comunes de uso general disponen de servicio diario.

The frequency is adapted to the characteristics and use of the different premises, as well as to the particularities of the public service they provide, ranging from 2 or 7 days a week, in this case, for the premises in service of 365 days, and of 3 days for buildings for administrative use the frequency is 3 days a week, although the common areas of general use have daily service.

Esta apuesta por la sostenibilidad ambiental que caracteriza el servicio se constata igualmente en la reducción del 80% de los residuos de plástico respecto al sistema convencional y el uso exclusivo de productos con etiqueta verde, formulados a base de materiales de origen natural con un elevado nivel de biodegradabilidad.

También se llevan a cabo técnicas de ahorro de agua, basadas en la relación aire-agua de las máquinas empleadas para la limpieza en profundidadâ€� ha añadido Pérez.

Todo los anteriormente descrito está apoyado y auditado por un Sistema de Gestión para la Calidad, cuyo objetivo es garantizar la calidad del servicio prestado, incrementar la eficiencia interna y lograr un entono de trabajo seguro y saludable, tanto para las personas que forman parte de la plantilla como para quienes intervienen de algún modo en la prestación del servicio.

All those described above are supported and audited by a Quality Management System, whose objective is to guarantee the quality of the service provided, increase internal efficiency and achieve a safe and healthy work environment, both for people who are part of the template as for those who intervene in some way in the provision of the service.

De esta forma, se consiguen otros dos hitos sobre los que se basa este servicio: el control de servicios, para confirmar que se presta lo contratado, y la conciliación familiar, procurando que la plantilla permanezca el mayor tiempo posible en el mismo inmueble.
