The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructures carries out a work to protect the RM-F20 highway, which links the Pachequera hamlet of Balsicas with Murcia de Avileses, in order to avoid erosions and reinforce the support of the pavement structure.

The general director of Roads, Francisco González, supervised today the action of maintenance of the regional route that consists of the reconstruction of the slope of the route and the channeling of the pluvial waters towards the existing rambla.

González highlighted the traffic intensity of this road that annually exceeds 733,000 vehicles, of which 69,000 are heavy.

The regional investment in this work amounts to about 36,000 euros, and will conclude in fifteen days.
