The rehabilitation of the pavilions of the Artillery Barracks will cost 3 million euros (12/06/2018)

The rehabilitation works of pavilions 1 and 2 of the Artillery Barracks may begin in the coming weeks, after completing a new procedure in its processing.

Thus, the Contracting Committee today approved the proposal for the award of the project, for a global budget of 3,148,264 euros -1.7 million in Hall 1 and 1.4 million in 2-.

The works will be co-financed by 80% by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Social Fund (ESF) within the framework of the Operational Program for Sustainable Growth 2014-2020, with the DUSI Strategy.

The proposed contractor is the UTE formed by Orthem Servicios y Actuaciones Ambientales SAU - Wenceslao García Pintura y Decoración SA

The project, which is expected to receive the approval of the Governing Board next Friday, has a deadline of 12 months.
