Miguel Ãngel del Amor announces the next tender for the preliminary draft of the rainwater collector East of Murcia (07/06/2018)

The Minister of Water and Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Miguel Angel del Amor, met today with the mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, and announced his commitment to tender within a few months the preliminary draft interceptor collector Este de Murcia, so that the municipality has a rainwater interceptor system that will collect the water from the ravines before it reaches the city, channel it to the Segura River and prevent floods from occurring after the rains.

During the meeting the work was analyzed, collected in the Hydraulic Infrastructure Plan, which covers 16 kilometers in length, from La Ladera urbanization in Churra, to the mouth of the river in the municipality of Orihuela.
