The Department of Youth and the Department of Culture, which lead Rebeca Pérez and Jesus Pacheco, have turned once again to give visibility to the talent of young Murcia at the #Murciasemueve event, which this year is dedicated to the cuisine of Murcia and the young artisans.
In this event will be protagonists, in addition to the chef David López, four cooks that has participated in the CreaMurcia Contest.
Thus, Lorena Pellicer, Asunción Castaño, María Crespo and Cundi Sánchez, who will prepare different tapas, with fresh ingredients of first quality provided by El Corte Inglés, for all attendees.
During this afternoon, the four cooks, accompanied by councilors Jesus Pacheco and Rebecca Perez, have moved to the Supermarket of El Corte Ingles, which has given the ingredients, fresh and top quality, for the preparation of their dishes.
The regional assistant director of El Corte Inglés, Rafael Álvarez-Ossorio and the director of the Avenida de la Libertad shopping center, Vicente Valcárcel, have also been with them.
The dishes that are going to be able to taste the more than 500 people attending the event are: 'Dorada del Mar Menor with sea bottom' elaborated by Cundi Sánchez, 'Bonito with cream of asparagus and pickles' by María Crespo, 'Chromatismo de salmon' that will prepare Lorraine Pellicer and Asunción Castaño that will offer 'smoked sardine with guacamole and pickled onion'.
