The UMU hosts a talk on prostitution given by Professor Rosa Cobo (31/05/2018)

Rosa Cobo, Professor of Sociology of Gender at the University of A Coruña, will give this afternoon the conference 'Prostitution in the heart of capitalism', which will take place at 7:15 p.m. in the Chamber of the Faculty of Arts.

Cobo has participated in the advisory team of the Women and Science Unit (UMYC) of the Ministry of Education and Science.

Her main line of research is feminist theory and the sociology of gender.

The talk is part of the papers organized by the Master in Applied Sociology at the University of Murcia.
