A student of the UMU wins a bronze medal in the national university taekwondo championship (21/05/2018)

Manuel Villen Aviles, student of the faculty of Nursing, has obtained the bronze medal in the category of average weight of the Spanish University Taekwondo Championship, held in Los Alcázares on May 18 and 19.

He has been our only participant in the competition, as another of the UMU representatives, Mario Pérez Casanova, of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, was injured in a tournament in Russia and, finally, could not participate.
