The University of Murcia will host this Thursday, May 17, the conference'Re-reading Question concerning technology in the Anthropocene.
From causality to quasi-causality` by Professor Bernard Stiegler.
The presentation, which will be attended by José Luján, rector of the UMU, will take place at 12:30 in the Auditorium of the University, and is part of the cycle of lectures `Social Subjects, human fractures', activity scheduled within the `Seminars of the Rector`.
Stiegler, PhD from the École des hautes études en sciences sociaux de Paris, is director of the Department of Cultural Development and the Institut de recherche et d'innovation (IRI) of the Center national d'art et de culture Georges-Pompidou (CNAC).
He has developed his thinking around the relationships of social, political, economic, psychological mutations, etc.
with the technical-technological development of humanity.
Their studies have come to the conclusion that the technique is part of human nature itself.
