Hundreds of families have visited the Silk Garden this morning, where the third edition of Family Day has been held, becoming a meeting place to commemorate this day in collaboration with associations and NGOs.
Attendees can enjoy creative workshops, crafts, balloon twisting, sign language or musical and dance performances, all enlivened by animators and monitors.
In this edition, the entities represented on this day have tripled, compared to the first edition, since there have been 44 stands that have been placed in the Silk Garden.
Thus, the Forum of the Family, the ONCE, Cepaim, Aspanpal, Columbares, La Huertecica, Feaes, Astrapace, Fade, Asprodes, to organizations such as Famdif, Adahi, Scouts of Murcia or Acofamt have been present .
It must be remembered that the International Day of the Family is celebrated every year on May 15 since 1994, after the previous year was proclaimed this date by agreement of the General Assembly of the United Nations, echoing the importance that the international community gives to the family.
