Mario Gómez: "The Government of José Ballesta has looked the other way instead of ensuring a process with all the legal guarantees, as is its obligation"
The municipal group Ciudadanos blames the government of José Ballesta "acting with passivity and lack of diligence when it comes to ensuring that the selective processes that are held in the City meet the legal requirements of equality, merit and ability, as is their obligation "
"After fourteen years without summoning oppositions of Firemen we find ourselves with a process paralyzed by judicial order to see itself splashed by numerous irregularities and denunciations, as well as by crowd of complaints on the part of the aspirants", has pointed Mario Gómez, who has indicated that " It is a very bad news for the opponents, the citizens and the City Council itself ".
In this sense, it has once again shown its concern over the drift that the opposition processes have taken, both from the Fire Department (now paralyzed by the courts) and from the Local Police (contested as well).
"It is unacceptable that the selective processes to cover the much needed positions of Fire and Local Police continue in the courts and the Government of José Ballesta is not involved in solving it, despite directly affecting the safety of the residents of Murcia before the shortage of cash in these templates ", Gómez has denounced.
Therefore, the orange training spokesman has demanded that the local government fulfill its obligation in order to avoid further delays and damages to Murcia.
"Their lack of diligence and rigor continues to harm opponents, who are suffering from delays in the call;
and to the Murcians, who see how vacancies of staff as vital as firefighters and local policemen continue to be filled. "
