On May 11, 12 and 13 will be held in the town of Molina de Segura the First National Congress of Healthy Sports, aimed at coaches and sports technicians, as well as students of degrees associated with physical activity, sports and science Of the health.
The initiative is organized by the City of Molina de Segura, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Region of Murcia, the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the University of Murcia and the Hospital de Molina.
The conference includes theoretical lectures and practical workshops, which will develop training methodology for individual and collective sports, and will address topics such as the locomotor apparatus of the athlete, sport at school age in the Region of Murcia, work to prevent injury in the base sport or methodology of training in sports initiation among many others.
