On the occasion of its thirtieth anniversary, the Department of Sociology of the UMU has organized the'II Conference on the memory of work ', which will take place on Thursday, May 3 at the Faculty of Economics and Business.
The objective of this activity is to constitute a space for analysis and reflection for the socio-historical reconstruction of the work processes, with special attention to the characteristics of the workers, the forms of social organization of work, the productive processes, the life inside and outside of workplaces, work cultures and the integration of these aspects in local communities.
The day is mainly aimed at undergraduate and graduate students of degrees related to sociology, economics, labor sciences and history.
