The spokesman of the Coordinator of Change Murcia, Carlos Egio, today showed the support of his training to the III March against unemployment and the precariousness of the Region, which left on Friday in Lorca and will end in the capital on May 1, coinciding with the International Day of Workers and Workers.
With the March, which will also pass through the municipalities of Totana, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla and Alcantarilla, the organizers demand work and decent wages, social protection, the paralysis of outsourced public services, cuts and evictions, and the burial of train tracks, among others.
The participants will arrive in Murcia tomorrow, Monday, April 30, specifically on the Santiago de la Mayor road, the epicenter of the neighborhood struggle for the burial and against the arrival of the AVE on the surface.
"The march reminds us that, no matter how much they try to sell us something else, there are still evictions, the loss of social and labor rights and the cutting of freedoms." In the municipality of Murcia, the most affected neighborhoods also have to see how the funds they do not go to education and health, they invest in a pharaonic work that will isolate them from the rest of the city ", added Egio.
For these same reasons, the municipal training will be added next May 1 to the demonstration called by the unions, insisting on the need to "fill the streets" to launch a unanimous message against, among many other things, "the wage inequality between men and women and in favor of the public pension system ".
