Murcia City Council boosts consumer protection policies put in place mechanisms to continue to guarantee the rights of consumers.
The Governing Board has tested today a collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Health to continue carrying out these measures.
This will invest in these stocks over 86,600 euros, 56,568 euros which will provide the Ministry and the rest of City Hall.
Among the actions proposed were conducting campaigns for the rights and obligations of consumers, conducting information activities and education for citizens and training for consumers.
It will also carry out research activities and market control (campaigns at Christmas, summer ...) to ensure freshness and product quality.
Under this agreement includes support to the Municipal Office of Consumer Information and the 'red alert' which is launching a special control device when a defective or dangerous product.
