The Councillor for Housing, Transport and Trade, Antonio Castillo, accompanied by the headman of Espinardo, Encarnacion Guillen, delivered this afternoon at the Cultural Center of the hamlet of fifteen keys homes which the council has built in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit.
The promotion is part of the neighborhood regeneration program, which the City has been working for years.
The fifteen homes that are delivered to relocate intended exclusively rented to families in the same neighborhood, and allow free spaces will be used in the construction of the facilities planned for the ambitious Urban Plan that the City is taking place in the neighborhood.
The construction costs of the building have resulted in the municipal investment 1,243,552 euros.
The building is designed seeking the use of space, without renouncing to achieve proper orientation and ventilation of houses.
All homes are completely foreign, as the interior spaces are designed with generosity and openness to the outside to capture sunlight and cross ventilation between the walls.
The promotion includes ten homes served by a core of vertical communication and five duplex apartments with independent access from the street.
They are fully equipped garage and storeroom in the basement, and are connected to the ground floor with fully accessible routes.
Eight of the houses are developed on one floor and are equipped with a spacious shower instead of bath, to facilitate the personal hygiene of elderly or disabled.
The houses are equipped to install solar hot water, and fitted kitchens.
The finishes and materials have been chosen for its high quality and easy maintenance (brick, galvanized steel ...)
In addition, the building is equipped premises on ground floor, which will be put up for the activities of the Urban Plan of Subdivision of the Holy Spirit, and that will favor the integration of all the neighbors.
