The Senate considering three proposals to grant honorary doctorates (07/06/2010)

The Senate of the University of Murcia, to be held today, March 7, in plenary session at the Auditorium, the Merced campus will study the proposals to award three honorary degrees presented by the faculties of law, Philosophy and Communication and Information .

This is the Professor of Roman Law at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) Hans Ankum, Professor Carmelo Lison, the Complutense of Madrid, and Professor Thomas Wilson, University of Sheffield, UK.

The agenda for the meeting includes the election of the Senate's own representatives on the Board of Governors of the University and members of the Commission for Quality.

The cloister will be informed also by the presidents of the various committees of the Senate on the last activity carried out and study the document Financing of Universities.
