The Governing Board at its meeting tomorrow, will take an agreement to condemn any violent act against women, after learning of the murder of a neighbor of James the Great at the hands of their partner.
It has also been called a concentration at 11 at the door of City Hall.
This is the first fatality in domestic violence in the region of Murcia, but we must not forget that many women are victims of various types of abuse.
In this regard, the City of Murcia is committed to continue working for the eradication of all forms of violence through the resources available.
During 2009 it has served 356 women, and from January to March 2010 have been treated 91 women from the Municipal Team for the Care of Gender Violence (EMAVI) of the City of Murcia.
