The Socialist councilor Alfonso Navarro says the city of Murcia saved his 2009 budget with money from the State's 36 percent of total municipal revenues.

Of the 409 million euros it Consistory last year, 150 million are funds transferred by the State 72proceden extraordinary income of Plan E, and 77.5 correspond to the current government transfers.

Progressive fall in income
