A lecture by Antonio Gonzalez closes the conference of oil and wine in Roman Hispania (06/05/2010)

The lecture by Professor Emeritus at the University of Murcia Antonino González ends tomorrow, day 7, the international symposium discussed these days in the Archaeological Museum in this city on the process of making wine and oil in Roman Spain.

Prior to the conference, which begins at 13:20 pm and have organized lectures on wine and olive production in the province Tarraconensis.

Subsequently, the participants of this international meeting will visit Jumilla, which will tour a winery and taste local products.

The symposium was organized by the Department of Prehistory, Archaeology, Ancient History, Medieval History and Historiography of Science and Technology, University of Murcia and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
